Older construction often suffers from predictable defects and obsolete components.  Special attention and knowledge of the defects and environmental hazards are required.

Radon testing for single and multi family

Radon is a colorless, odorless radioactive gas, that is produced by decaying uranium. The problem happens when radon gas enters your home. Long-term exposure to high levels of radon can cause lung cancer.

Sewer Scope Inspection

A sewer scope inspection is a video inspection of the sewer line from the house main sewer line access to the public main ( up to 100 Feet ). This can reveal blockages, damages to the lateral pipeline system that can be very costly. It is important for buyers to ensure that they won’t have a hidden issue as they move into their home.

Underground OIL Tank Sweep

UNDERGROUND OIL TANK SWEEP should be performed at all homes built prior to 1980s or where an oil tank was used to store heating oil. This will help identify if an underground tank exist at the property and it may allow the client to negotiate with the seller to have it removed.
